Hourly Rate: $28.28 – $34.83 (WT 2.1 to 3.4)

About the Role

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Educators to join our team at Busy Bees at Williams Landing on a full-time basis. This is a great opportunity to be part of a supportive and growing team, committed to delivering the highest quality care and education.

As an Educator, you will:

  • Nurture and inspire children's learning and development

  • Support daily routines and implement engaging educational programs

  • Work across different age groups to provide high-quality education and care

  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

  • Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Busy Bees policies

What You'll Need

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA recognised)

  • Current VIC Working with Children Check (Employee)

  • Current First Aid & CPR certification

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • A passion for creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
