Our client
are a revered Australian brand with a decades-long legacy of design excellence, and a commitment to innovation, and award winning customer experience. They have established a strong retail footprint in ANZ and recently started their expansion internationally which is supporting their ambitious growth strategy. As part of their relentless drive to have a best in class customer experience they have created a new role of Delivery Driver Training Manager to join their team in Sydney.

The role
is a newly created position that's designed to professionalise and elevate the capability of the last mile delivery team. The Delivery Driver Training Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing structured training programs focused on safety, product knowledge, and customer service excellence. With a mix of own-fleet and third-party delivery drivers across multiple regions, the role plays a critical part in shaping consistency, reducing incidents, and delivering a world-class customer experience at the final mile.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and delivering structured training programs for drivers across on-boarding, safety, assembly and customer interaction
  • Developing training materials (manuals, videos, on-road assessments, digital modules) to support learning and capability uplift
  • Monitoring performance data to identify gaps and implement ongoing training programs
  • Leading driver induction, assessment and post-training evaluation
    are looking for
    an experienced Logistics specialist, with prior experience developing and delivering training programs within transport, logistics or service delivery environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of last-mile operations, safety protocols and customer excellence across internal and 3PL partners. An exceptional communicator who can engage diverse learning groups, whilst using data to drive performance metrics to shape future outcomes.
