Senior Chef - Archie's All Day, Gertrude Street, Fitzroy

Archie's is on the hunt for a Senior Chef (minimum 3 years' experience) who's ready to take charge of a buzzing brunch kitchen. We need someone who thrives in the heat of service, but also loves the fun, creative side of food, from dreaming up specials to working with great local suppliers.

What we're looking for:

• At least 3 years in a senior kitchen role (bonus points if you've smashed brunch before).
• Confidence running service and leading a small team.
• Organised, reliable, and cool under pressure.
• Weekend availability is a must.
• A genuine love of food, hospitality, and bringing people together.
