We're Hiring Senior SAP Functional Consultant – Asset Management & Manufacturing

Can be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Perth

We're seeking a Senior SAP Functional Consultant (Asset Management & Manufacturing) to join our SAP practice. This is a client-facing, hands-on role where you will lead SAP business transformation projects, provide advisory services, and implement SAP S/4HANA solutions that deliver real business value.

As part of our SAP practice, you will:

  • Deliver expert advisory services: Guide clients on SAP Asset Management & Manufacturing roadmaps and transformation initiatives.
  • Lead implementations: Design, build, and implement SAP S/4HANA solutions in Asset Management & Manufacturing modules.
  • Drive business analysis & requirements gathering: Facilitate workshops, elicit requirements, and translate business needs into effective solutions.
  • Support presales & proposals: Contribute to client discovery workshops, solution walkthroughs, and proposal development.
  • Build relationships: Manage stakeholder expectations and provide clear communication, negotiation, and issue resolution.
  • Lead & mentor: Guide team members, ensure effective service delivery, and champion a collaborative, high-performance culture.

We're looking for someone with:

  • 5+ years of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant specialising in Asset Management & Manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (Public or Private Cloud).
  • At least 2 full-cycle project implementations or 5+ years of solution support.
  • Current SAP certifications in relevant modules.
  • Proven ability to design, configure, and deliver SAP solutions that meet client needs.
  • Excellent client-facing skills with strong communication and business partnering capability.
  • Experience leading workshops, preparing design documentation, and working in Agile delivery teams.
