Job Description
Avec, a part of the Talent International Group, is currently searching for an experienced
Software Developer
with a background in Technology.
Key roles and responsibilities:
- Contribute to estimates and actively participate in the agile planning activities
- Support the Product Owner and Project Manager in maintaining back logs
- Methodologies, processes and best practices.
- Research, Analyse and Evaluate the system programming needs
- Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes that deliver true business value that meet customer requirements.
- Encourage and participate in pair-programming and test-driven development
- Escalate project issues appropriately and communicate project changes proactively to the Project Manager Applying logic and problem-solving skills to overcome technical issues
- Play a key role in the Quality Assurance and Testing with the established protocols.
- Coding to meet the accredited quality standards of design and technical specification in line with customer and/or internal requirement.
Experience required:
1- 2 years' experience as a Software Developer, designing and implementing complex Power Platform projects
Consulting Experience advantageous.
Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Proven experience developing integrated Power Platform solutions.
Experience with Business Analyst skills.
