Job Description

As the Senior Warehouse and Supply Chain Supervisor you will lead the charge in managing daily inventory operations and stock control. From overseeing goods-in and digital inventory records to ensuring safety standards and critical control point (CCP1) checks, you'll keep everything running smoothly and accurately.

You'll work closely with production, procurement, and management teams to maintain seamless stock flow, operational efficiency, and compliance. This role also takes responsibility for staff timesheets, regular safety inspections, and reporting on operational performance - playing a key part in the success of our warehouse and supply chain operations.

This role is based in Karawatha and reporting to the Warehouse Manager.

You will…

  • Oversee quality assurance inspections of all incoming materials, ensuring products meet required standards.
  • Manage daily cycle counts, weekly digital stocktakes, and investigate stock discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Process purchase orders, delivery dockets, Chep accounts, and reconcile supplier accounts.
  • Coordinate with procurement and packaging teams to manage meal SKU rotation, stock availability, and report on holdings and shorts.
  • Ensure accurate receival, labeling, and inventory management of all products through internal systems.
  • Lead, train, and support warehouse and supply chain staff to maintain high operational and safety standards.
  • Oversee Critical Control Point (CCP1) checks, area inspections, safety conversations, and toolbox talks to uphold compliance.
  • Manage documentation and accurate processing of all wastage and destruction of branded packaging
You have:
  • Relevant qualifications in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, or a related field.
  • Experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing within a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and investigation skills.
  • Knowledge of logistics, warehouse management, or manufacturing software and inventory control systems.
  • Safety training or certifications (e.g. Occupational Health & Safety) or a strong focus on hazard and incident management.
  • Experience leading a team or coordinating across departments to meet operational goals.

Start Date: Immediately available - Can wait a notice period

Duration: Permanent full time role. You must have the right to work full-time in Australia/New Zealand.
