KPay Group is a rapidly expanding fintech company focused on empowering businesses with seamless payment. As we continue to scale globally, we are seeking an experienced and strategic communications leader to help shape, strengthen, and protect our corporate voice.

Role Summary

The Corporate Communications Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing high-impact communications strategies. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in corporate communications, thought leadership, crisis management. This role demands hands-on execution, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role will collaborate closely with the Marketing team in Hongkong while managing all communications from a global strategic perspective.

Key Responsibilities

Thought Leadership

  • Develop and implement thought leadership initiatives that position KPay Group as a trusted and innovative voice in the fintech industry
  • Partner with senior leadership to craft speeches, opinion pieces, and presentations
  • Conduct industry research and monitor emerging trends to inform communications strategy
  • Disseminate content across various channels, including media, digital, and executive platforms

Crisis Communication

  • Maintain and execute a comprehensive crisis communications plan, including scenario-based response protocols
  • Act as the key contact for crisis response, working closely with internal stakeholders and designated spokespeople
  • Monitor public sentiment and proactively manage stakeholder communication to preserve trust and transparency
  • Coordinate timely and appropriate messaging across internal and external channels during high-pressure situations

Media Relations

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media outlets, and industry influencers
  • Develop and distribute press releases, media kits, and briefing materials that support strategic storytelling
  • Coordinate interviews, press events, and media engagements to maximize brand visibility and credibility
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all external-facing communications

Employer Branding

  • Design and implement an employer branding strategy aligned with KPay Group's mission and values
  • Collaborate with Human Resources and Marketing to develop materials and campaigns that attract and retain top talent
  • Promote a unified and authentic employer brand experience through internal and external communication initiatives

Corporate Communication Strategy and Execution

  • Lead corporate communication programs and initiatives across business units and functions
  • Manage communication timelines, budgets, and project deliverables efficiently
  • Ensure alignment with company goals through collaboration with executive leadership, legal, compliance, HR, and marketing teams
  • Promote a high-performance and agile communications culture within the organization

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in corporate communications, preferably within fintech or fast-paced corporate environments
  • Strong background in crisis communications and media engagement
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to clarity, tone, and strategic messaging
  • Proven ability to influence and advise senior executives
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
