Cradle Mountain Lodge is seeking a passionate and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic hospitality team. Set on the edge of the breathtaking Cradle Mountain-Lake St Clair National Park, this is a rare opportunity to combine your service leadership skills with an unforgettable lifestyle experience.

About the Role

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will play a key role in the daily operations of our dining outlets – from casual bistro fare to elevated lodge dining. You'll support the F&B leadership team in delivering a seamless guest experience, while mentoring and guiding front-of-house staff to perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate day-to-day F&B operations across restaurant and bar areas
  • Lead by example to ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction
  • Support staff training, performance, and team engagement
  • Manage service flow, reservations, and guest enquiries efficiently
  • Work closely with kitchen and lodge departments to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Maintain compliance with hygiene, RSA, and safety standards
  • Report to Food & Beverage manager

About You

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a busy restaurant, bar, or resort environment
  • Strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach to service
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
  • Committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences
  • Current RSA and solid knowledge of food and beverage operations
  • Flexibility to work across shifts including weekends and holidays
