We're expanding our clinical team at Bankstown and are looking for Practice Nurses and a Treatment Room Team Leader to join our busy medical centre. About the Roles

Treatment Room Team Leader – As a key leader, you'll oversee clinical operations, coordinate workflow, and lead a dedicated team of nurses to deliver safe, efficient, and patient-centred care. You'll work closely with the Practice Manager and GPs to support recruitment, rostering, and performance management of the team.

Practice Nurses – We're looking for passionate, skilled nurses to join our expanding team. You'll perform a wide range of clinical duties, including immunisations, health assessments, wound care, triage, assisting with procedures, and supporting patient education.

What We're Looking For

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Experience in General Practice or acute care
  • Leadership experience for Team Leader applicants (mentorship provided if required)
  • Strong communication, organisational skills, and a team-first mindset
  • Passion for patient-centred care and improving community health
