**Casual Aged Care Assistant in Nursing (AIN) - Canterbury-Bankstown**

Be Found Care is looking for Casual **Aged Care Assistants in Nursing (AINs)** to join our dedicated and compassionate team in **Canterbury-Bankstown.** If you're passionate about providing **high-quality care**and want **flexible shifts** that fit your lifestyle, we’d love to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist residents with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding).
- Provide mobility support and help with physical exercises as per care plans.
- Monitor and report health changes to the nursing team.
- Support residents with social and recreational activities.
- Perform basic clinical tasks (e.g., taking vital signs, infection control).
- Ensure accurate care documentation is maintained.
- Work collaboratively with nurses and carers to deliver person-centered care.

**Be Found Care Requirements**
- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or a related qualification.
- Current First Aid (or willingness to obtain).
- Valid Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach.
- Basic understanding of aged care standards and practices.

**Desirable but Not Essential**:
- Experience in dementia or palliative care.
- Additional training in manual handling, infection control, or wound care.
- Familiarity with electronic care documentation systems.
- Ability to speak a second language relevant to the resident population.
