About the role

We are looking for a passionate Junior Account Executive to attract, grow, and retain members for the South Australian Business Chamber by aligning their needs with our products and services.

Reporting to the Account Manager, this role focuses on building strong relationships with existing and prospective members across all tiers by understanding their needs to drive sales growth and enhance member engagement.

We are seeking someone who has previous sales and customer service experience, is self-driven, customer focussed and thrives in a relationship management role.

About You

You're motivated to grow your career in sales and customer service. You're an approachable, self-starter and confident in your ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.

You're super organised and great at staying on top of your pipeline and hitting your targets.

You bring a proactive and professional approach to your work, and have a strong ability to engage with others, and a continuous drive to learn.

You genuinely care about giving customers a great experience, take time to understand their needs, and know how to align them with the right products and services.

You have prior sales and customer service experience and preferably experience in operating within a CRM.
