Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced
Salesforce Technical Architect
with strong expertise in Lightning development, APEX, and enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations. The role requires hands-on technical design, architecture, and solution delivery, ensuring scalable, optimized, and future-ready Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds and integrations.

Must-Have Competencies (Technology & Platform)

  • Extensive experience in
    Lightning Development
    .
  • Strong expertise in
    Lightning Web Components (LWC)
    and
    LWR sites
    .
  • Proficiency in JavaScript component development.
  • Strong background in APEX classes & Trigger frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience in APEX REST/SOAP API development.

Required Technical Architecture Skill Set

  • Ability to produce low-level design (LLD) aligned with high-level architecture (e.g., data models, LWC & Apex design patterns, trigger frameworks, low-code vs pro-code recommendations).
  • Review and guide technical delivery teams; provide troubleshooting support as needed.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce platform strengths, limitations, and optimization for large-scale implementations (high volume transactions, high availability, customer lifecycle focus).
  • Specialization in simplification of existing implementations – Apex optimization, data model improvements, UI simplification, and configuration-based frameworks (Flows).
  • Proficient in designing and delivering end-to-end solutions leveraging Salesforce, MuleSoft (or other integration platforms), and third-party systems.
  • Experience in Data Cloud strategy & implementation in multi-org environments.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce integration & automation with external systems.
  • Skilled in recommending and implementing the right AppExchange products.
