Customer Re-Engagement Agent

  • Start Date: 8th of September Brisbane CBD location
  • Starting base salary up to $65K + Super (based on experience) + uncapped commissions
  • Enjoy a Work-Life Balance: Work Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM – no weekends required

Customer Re-engagement Agent
in our Health Insurance team, you'll be contacting people who've previously enquired about private health cover but haven't yet spoken with us.

Your role is to reconnect with these warm leads, build quick rapport, and reignite their interest in reviewing their options. You won't be selling insurance yourself — your goal is to highlight the value of speaking with one of our expert Sales Agents and book them in for that next conversation. It's a fast-paced, people-focused role where your communication skills really make a difference.

This position suits someone who enjoys being on the phone and talking to people all day. While it's not a direct sales role, we're looking for people who thrive on hitting targets and are motivated by commission. If you're driven, results-focused, and love engaging with people, this could be the perfect fit for you.
