Position Overview

We're looking for a warm, committed Educator to join our nurturing team. We have flexible opportunities available — perfect for an enthusiastic Assistant Educator keen to grow in a supportive environment, or a friendly float educator who enjoys helping across the whole service.

Even our full-time options include a 4-day week (38 hours) or a 9-day fortnight (76 hours). Our goal is to create space for you to feel your best at work while still having time for life outside of it.

About You

We are seeking educators who:

  • Are currently working towards or hold a Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelors in Early Childhood Education and Care (or an ACECQA-recognised equivalent).
  • Hold a current Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
  • Are passionate about providing a nurturing early learning experience.
  • Are strong team players with excellent communication skills.

Located in St Lucia, The Pocket Early Education and Care offers a vibrant learning environment for children aged 6 weeks to school age. Since opening in July 2020, we have created a space of curiosity, diversity, and fun, providing high-quality care for up to 148 children.
