Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced MS Dynamics 365 CE Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in gathering and analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring successful implementation of Dynamics 365 CE projects.

Qualifications And Skills

  • A proven track record implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)
  • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE modules and functionalities
  • Strong business process analysis, requirement gathering, functional documentation skills
  • Diverse modular exposure within CRM - ideally including Sales, Customer Service, Project Service Automation, Field Service or Marketing
  • Knowledge of integration tools and reporting platforms like Power BI
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
