About the Role

Cenzo's Café & Pizzeria is looking for a skilled and reliable Barista to join our friendly team. In this role, you'll be responsible for opening the café each day, preparing and serving consistently excellent coffee, and assisting with a variety of daily café and pizzeria operations.

This is a 5-day-per-week position, and weekend availability is essential. We're looking for someone energetic, dependable, and experienced in fast-paced environments who enjoys creating a welcoming and positive experience for our customers.


What You'll Be Doing
  • Opening the café and preparing for daily service
  • Making high-quality coffee and beverages consistently
  • Delivering excellent customer service with a friendly, professional attitude
  • Assisting with food preparation, pizza service, and other café tasks
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in all work areas
  • Working collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service

What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment
  • Confidence operating the coffee machine and producing consistent coffee
  • Latte art skills highly regarded
  • Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing techniques
  • Available 5 days per week, including weekends
  • Reliability to open the café on rostered days
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and customer service skills
  • Genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
