About the role
We're looking for an experienced Barista to join our passionate team at The Happy Turtle Cafe' in Caloundra, Queensland. This is a casual role, offering flexible work hours (25-38hrs) to suit your lifestyle. As our Barista, you'll be responsible for crafting delicious coffee and beverages that delight our customers.
What you'll be doing
- Preparing a range of coffee and specialty beverage orders to our high standards
- Providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Maintaining a clean and organised work station
- Assisting with general cafe duties as required
- Collaborating with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient service
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience as a Barista in a fast-paced cafe or restaurant environment
- Excellent coffee making skills and knowledge of coffee equipment and techniques
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to work well in a team
- Flexible and adaptable, able to work a range of shifts including weekends and public holidays
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing high-quality service
