Job Description

Your Role

In this role, you'll walk alongside families on their journey—offering parenting education, leading fun and inclusive playgroups, running school readiness programs, and being that steady, friendly face during home visits. Whether it's connecting families to local services, coordinating care for those with complex needs, or bringing people together through community events, you'll be creating spaces where families feel supported, empowered, and connected.

Desired Skills and Experience

What you'll bring

Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Relevant qualifications in welfare or related fields and/ or demonstrated extensive experience working with families with complex needs.

  2. Experience in Case Management education program delivery, development, implementation, coordination, review and evaluation.

  3. Demonstrated experience working with complex families who may be difficult to engage, childcare/playgroups or similar settings

  4. Demonstrated experience working with Aboriginal and CALD communities

  5. Demonstrated experience in developing working relationships with multi-faceted services.

  6. Current driver's license and ability to travel regularly where overnight stays may be required.
