Be the Backbone in Times of Uncertainty — Lead Crisis and Business Continuity for WA's Largest TAFE

At North Metropolitan TAFE, we shape futures — equipping over 40 industries with skilled professionals across 9 campuses. To ensure our students can learn and thrive without disruption, we're looking for a strategic leader who can safeguard our operations when the unexpected strikes.

About the Role
As the Manager, Crisis and Business Continuity, you'll drive the development, delivery, and ongoing refinement of our crisis preparedness and response frameworks. You'll be at the helm of a vital function — ensuring that our people, systems, and students are protected and supported in the face of emergencies ranging from natural disasters and health crises to cyber incidents and operational disruptions.

In moments of crisis, your steady leadership, expert coordination, and clear communication will help guide the College through response and recovery — keeping learning on track and confidence high.

Who We're Looking For
You're a seasoned professional with a proven track record in designing and executing crisis management and business continuity strategies in large, complex organisations. You bring a deep understanding of risk management, business impact assessments, emergency response planning, and industry standards — and you thrive under pressure.

Ready to take the lead when it matters most? Apply now and be part of something bigger.
