Adelaide, South Australia Minds in Motion Psychology Clinic Full time $60,000 - $80,000 per year

We are looking for a warm, fun, and client-focused Psychologist to join our supportive and collaborative team. This part-time role is perfect for someone who values flexibility and professional support, wants room to grow their caseload, and is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children, adolescents, and individuals with diverse needs. If you're committed to high-quality, evidence-based care and love the idea of working in a team that balances fun with professional support, we'd love to hear from you.

As a psychologist in our practice, you will:

  • Deliver evidence-based therapies (including CBT), tailored to the unique needs of each client.
  • Work with children, adolescents, and clients with disabilities (e.g., Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Intellectual Disability) in a respectful, engaging, and strengths-focused way.
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and professionals to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
  • Conduct individual therapeutic interventions.
  • Keep accurate and timely clinical records in line with ethical standards.
  • This role is part-time with flexible hours, and you'll have the opportunity to increase your days as your caseload builds.

What We're Looking For:

  • Essential

  • Full registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist (General or Clinical).

  • Current Working With Children Check and National Police Clearance.
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and individuals with disabilities.
  • Strong rapport-building skills and the ability to engage clients in a supportive, collaborative process.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based interventions, including CBT.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Desirable

  • Experience in private practice or similar settings.

  • Knowledge of additional therapies (e.g., ACT, DBT, play-based approaches).
  • Ability to work flexibly and independently, while thriving as part of a team.

What We Offer

  • A team that's fun, and focuses on a collaborative, light-hearted approach.
  • A team that celebrates wins (big and small), and makes space for laughs along the way.
  • A team that can provide high-quality peer supervision.
  • Flexible part-time hours with scope to increase.

We know psychology can be serious business, but we also believe therapy should feel approachable, supportive — and fun. If you're a psychologist, looking for a part-time role, who is excited to grow within a practice that values people as much as outcomes, we'd love to meet you.
