The Role:

As Bar Supervisor, you'll oversee the daily operations of our hotel bar, ensuring smooth service, a welcoming atmosphere, and consistent quality. You'll lead by example behind the bar, support staff training, manage stock, and assist with events and promotions. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who enjoys responsibility, thrives in a team, and loves working in a close-knit environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee bar service during operational hours
• Prepare and serve beverages
• Train and supervise bar staff
• Manage stock control, ordering, and inventory
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and compliance with RSA regulation
• promote local wines and spirits

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience as a bar supervisor or bartender
• Excellent customer service and leadership skills
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods
• RSA certification (or willing to obtain)
• Positive attitude and willingness to live and work in a regional location
