Job Description

This role is based out of our Gnangara workshop with regional works required to assist with maintaining our fleet on short and long-term regional project's, in addition there will be some metro-based works either assisting our Gnangara workshop or if required our regional workshop in Albany

We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated Serviceman to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be responsible for performing maintenance, mechanical repairs, and servicing tasks, electrical, and or general maintenance across our vast fleet through Civil, Asphalt and Profiling equipment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a hands-on role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular maintenance and servicing of Diggers, Loaders, Rollers, Bob cats, Asphalt Pavers, Profilers Trucks and LV's
  • Diagnose and repair faults or malfunctions in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Perform inspections to ensure equipment complies with safety and operational standards.
  • Respond promptly to service requests or emergency breakdowns.
  • Maintain accurate records of all work performed and report on completed tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with relevant Managers/supervisors.
  • Adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, and industry regulations.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience as a Serviceman or in a similar maintenance role with minimum 3yrs in the field.
  • Technical knowledge of Diggers, Loaders, Rollers, Bob cats, Asphalt Pavers, Profilers Trucks and LV's.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently/remotely and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual tasks and operate tools/machinery.
  • HR Licence minimum, White Card
  • Pass a pre employment medical and D&A
