SERVICEMAN

$50–$60/hr | 2:1 Roster | Goldfields

Performance Mining is a privately owned plant hire, maintenance and contract services provider supporting mining and road transport operations across WA and NT. We're seeking an experienced Serviceman to join our small, hands-on team in the Goldfields. In this role, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day servicing, refuelling and upkeep of our fleet in an open-cut environment, working across 100T class HME and ancillary equipment. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will play a key part in keeping our operations running efficiently and on schedule.

About You

• Experience as a Serviceman in a mining environment

• Strong mechanical knowledge and attention to detail

• Current HR Driver's Licence

• Self-motivated with a strong commitment to safety and teamwork

• Reliable, positive, and able to work independently within a small crew

• Minimum 1-2 years of serviceman experience in mining operations required

• Australian work rights are essential for this position

• Must hold HR licence or higher

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine servicing, refuelling, greasing, and fluid top-ups on heavy mobile equipment

• Operate and maintain the service truck, ensuring safe delivery of fuel and lubricants across site

• Support HD Fitters with breakdowns, inspections, and basic mechanical tasks

• Complete service sheets and maintenance records accurately

• Maintain a clean work area and uphold strict safety and environmental standards
