We proudly operate multiple dining outlets, including a bustling bistro, a modern café, fully serviced bars, and versatile function spaces catering to everything from intimate gatherings to large scale events. Our modern facilities, strong community focus, and commitment to excellence make us a sought after destination for both patrons and hospitality professionals.

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Club Supervisor to join our management team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a diverse, high volume environment with the support of a collaborative and skilled team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead with accountability, overseeing daily club operations across food & beverage, gaming, TAB/Keno, and functions to ensure seamless service and efficiency.
  • Inspire and develop your team by providing hands-on leadership, mentoring, and coaching to staff, building a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Deliver outstanding guest experiences by setting and maintaining high service standards, managing customer interactions, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Champion compliance and safety by upholding all RSA, RSG, health, safety, and licensing requirements, ensuring a safe and responsible environment for members and guests.
  • Collaborate with management, working closely with the senior leadership team on operational improvements, marketing initiatives, and venue wide projects.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage and guide teams.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate (RSA), Responsible Gambling Services certificate (RSG) and Approved Managers License & RMLV certificate.
  • A strong knowledge of hospitality operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have the ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively.
  • A team player attitude with demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible roster including nights and weekend shifts.
