We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Club Supervisor to join our management team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a diverse, high volume environment with the support of a collaborative and skilled team
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead with accountability, overseeing daily club operations across food & beverage, gaming, TAB/Keno, and functions to ensure seamless service and efficiency.
- Inspire and develop your team by providing hands-on leadership, mentoring, and coaching to staff, building a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Deliver outstanding guest experiences by setting and maintaining high service standards, managing customer interactions, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Champion compliance and safety by upholding all RSA, RSG, health, safety, and licensing requirements, ensuring a safe and responsible environment for members and guests.
- Collaborate with management, working closely with the senior leadership team on operational improvements, marketing initiatives, and venue wide projects.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage and guide teams.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate (RSA), Responsible Gambling Services certificate (RSG) and Approved Managers License & RMLV certificate.
- A strong knowledge of hospitality operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have the ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively.
- A team player attitude with demonstrated leadership skills.
- Ability to work a flexible roster including nights and weekend shifts.
