The Meat & Wine Co Parramatta is looking for experienced and dedicated bar staff to become part of our professional and hard-working team.

The Role:

  • Bar operations - including cocktail making, dispense bar, spirits, tap beer and coffee making skills
  • Proven ability to recommend wines to guests and able to upsell through a large wine list
  • An understanding of bar procedures and processes, including stock takes, set-up and pack down and cleaning roster
  • Contribute a positive influence to an innovative and vibrant team culture

You:

  • A passion for people and providing unforgettable guest experiences
  • Previous a la carte experience
  • Basic cocktail and coffee knowledge
  • A current valid RSA
  • Advanced communication skills
  • Impeccable presentation, hygiene and grooming standards
  • A willingness to undergo further training and development
  • Flexible availability over a 7 day rotating roster
