Receptionist & Office Coordinator

As the Reception and Office Coordinator every day will be different but the key focus areas that you will be concentrating your efforts on include:

• Manage all office administration including collating data for reporting purposes, distribution of mail, purchasing of supplies and catering for office

• Receptionist duties including answering phones, filing, photocopying, ensuring compliance and quality control

• Coordination of company events including monthly presentations and/or social activities

• Organizing travel arrangements and reservations as and when required

• Co-ordinate building maintenance services including the building access cards and car park arrangements with building security on a day-to-day basis

• Communications with internal and external relations i.e., staff, suppliers, corporate clients & management.

• Assist in purchasing goods and services required by the Parramatta staff.

• Co-ordination of inbound and outbound mail

• Maintenance of kitchen, kitchen equipment and meeting rooms

• Manage and motivate 1 part time support staff

This role is a great fit for you, if you have:

• Some previous administration, reception, and customer service experience, or if you are new to admin with a willingness to learn, we can train you on the job

• Good interpersonal skills when communicating with internal and external stakeholders

• Microsoft Office Applications experience such as Microsoft Word and Excel

• Enterprise system experience such as SAP (desirable), Oracle or similar

• Able work to strict deadlines and hold a high level of resilience in ever changing work environments
