About the role

Are you an experienced and passionate Chef De Partie looking for an exciting new opportunity? Rocky Ridge - Burswood, a leading hospitality establishment in Burswood WA 6100, is seeking a full-time Chef De Partie to join their talented culinary team. In this dynamic role, you will play a key part in creating exceptional dining experiences for our customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing high-quality, innovative dishes to our exacting standards
  • Collaborating with the Head Chef to develop and refine menu items
  • Ensuring the efficient and organised operation of your station
  • Maintaining strict food safety and hygiene practices
  • Providing mentorship and training to junior kitchen staff
  • Contributing to a positive, collaborative kitchen environment

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role in a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen environment
  • Experience in Modern Australian cuisine is essential
  • Strong technical cooking skills and a passion for creating exceptional food
  • Excellent time management, multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities
  • A team-oriented approach and the ability to work well under pressure
  • Proficiency in food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Relevant cookery qualifications or training
  • Certificate III Commercial Cookery is required
  • Valid Australian work authorisation is essential
