Join RP Infrastructure (RPI) as a Project Manager and take full ownership of projects from design through to delivery — shaping outcomes that make a real impact.

The Opportunity

We're seeking a Project Manager to join our Brisbane team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with several years' experience in construction project delivery, looking to deepen their expertise in client-side project management.

You'll work across the full project lifecycle, from concept design and procurement through to delivery and commissioning, on projects that require strong commercial insight, stakeholder management, and contract control.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Manage projects from design through to delivery, ensuring quality, time, and cost outcomes are met
  • Prepare and review design briefs, tender documentation, and procurement strategies
  • Lead contract administration and manage consultant and contractor performance
  • Monitor budgets, forecasts, and variations, ensuring sound commercial management
  • Coordinate stakeholders including airport authorities, consultants, and contractors
  • Deliver progress reporting and project updates to clients with clarity and confidence

Is this you? You're a proactive Project Manager who enjoys taking accountability and thrives in dynamic environments. You're equally comfortable in a client meeting, reviewing a cost report, or resolving a commercial issue on site. Above all, you bring a strong sense of ownership and a passion for delivering great outcomes.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager delivering building projects.
  • Experience working on tertiary education projects desirable.
  • Experience working client-side or within a consulting environment
  • Solid understanding of contract management, procurement, and financial control
  • Experience managing consultants and contractors to drive project performance
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, or Civil Engineering
