About the role:

Our client, a successful global manufacturer and importer of electrical products, have several positions available for experienced Warehouse Forklift Operator (High Reach). Based a short 5 minute stroll from Mascot station and reporting to the Receiving, Inventory or Despatch Supervisor, your duties will include:

  • Liaising with transportation & logistics companies regarding deliveries and pickups
  • Updating the WMS (Warehouse Management System)
  • Picking and packing orders
  • Dispatching Freight and Inbound receipt Purchase Orders
  • Cycle counting, stock organisation and palletising
  • Loading/Unloading Trucks using Forklifts (High reach and Counterbalance)

To be considered successful for this role you will have the following:

  • Strong Inventory control experience
  • Good written and verbal communication skills (fluency in English is essential)
  • Previous warehouse experience
  • Must have a Forklift Licence (high reach) & experience with RF Scanning
  • Ability to lift 20kg or more if needed
  • High attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Intermediate level computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • You must have relevant work rights in Australia to apply for this position
