The Role

We currently have an opportunity for a Product Manager to join our team and manage one of our largest portfolios, Surgical Procedure Trays. This category lends itself to someone who has had experience working across a large number of SKU's, loves the analytical aspect of product marketing and works well with multiple internal stakeholders.

  • Execute strategy and operating agenda of the Surgical Procedure Tray division and drive growth to meet financial objectives.
  • Lead a number of projects across the division focused on sustainability, Supply chain efficiencies and process improvement
  • Implement cost reduction strategies across the breadth of portfolio
  • Develop product training and clinical support programs as needed including but not limited to product launches, strategic roll-outs and continuing clinical education.
  • Build relationships with customers and end-users, and other key partners necessary for the development and growth of the business.
  • Work closely with the data using Tableau and excel to support conversations and activities around pricing, contacts/tenders, forecasting and any up or downstream supply issues around components that may impact production volumes.
