Reporting to the Guest Services Manager, the Bell/Garage Attendant provides a memorable arrival experience and bids a fond farewell to our departing guests. As an Overnight Bell Attendant, you will play a vital role in welcoming and assisting guests during the overnight hours, ensuring their arrival and departure are seamless and exceptional.
What you will do
Greet arriving guests during overnight hours and assist with luggage handling and room escorting
Provide valet parking services when required, ensuring safe and efficient vehicle handling
Maintain cleanliness and order in the lobby and hotel entrance overnight
Deliver guest amenities and handle messages with accuracy and discretion
Support hotel security by monitoring guest areas and reporting unusual activity
Assist guests with transportation needs, directions, and overnight concierge requests
Coordinate luggage pulls for early morning departures and prepare for peak guest movement
Liaise with Front Office and Security teams to support smooth overnight operations
Uphold Four Seasons standards of service with professionalism and warmth
What you bring
Previous experience in a guest-facing hospitality or customer service role preferred
Valid Australian driver's license with clean driving record (manual and automatic)
Physically able to lift and move luggage up to 23kg (50 lbs)
Strong communication skills and a guest-first attitude
Availability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays
