About the role

This is a full-time cleaner position based in Eltham VIC 3095, with Eagle Hire. As a Cleaner of portable toilets, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of these facilities at construction sites and events across the local region.

What you'll be doing

  1. Regularly clean and restock portable toilet units at various sites
  2. Ensure all surfaces, fixtures and fittings are thoroughly sanitised
  3. Refill consumables such as toilet paper, soap, and hand towels
  4. Dispose of all waste and dirty water in a safe and responsible manner
  5. Maintain all cleaning equipment and report any issues or repairs needed
  6. Liaise with clients to address any concerns or requests
  7. Adhere to all health, safety and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a similar cleaning role, ideally within the portable toilet or construction industry
  2. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
  3. Strong time management and organisational skills to efficiently service multiple sites
  4. Ability to work independently as well as as part of a team
  5. Physically fit and able to lift and manoeuvre heavy equipment
  6. Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations
  7. A positive, customer-focused attitude
