About The Role
We're looking for a Part-Time Assistant Educator who thrives in inclusive, collaborative environments. As an OSHC Assistant Educator, you'll create fun, interactive learning experiences for primary school-aged children while ensuring a safe, welcoming space for everyone.

What You'll Bring

  • A genuine passion for working with children and families.
  • Energy, enthusiasm, and a desire to be part of a dynamic team.
  • Knowledge of the National Education and Care Law, National Quality Framework, and My Time Our Place Framework (or a willingness to learn).
  • The ability to foster diverse, inclusive learning environments.
  • Dedication to best practices for health, safety, and wellbeing.
  • A strong commitment to maintaining a child-safe culture.
  • Experience working with or volunteering in child-focused environments.
  • Knowledge of educational frameworks (highly regarded but not essential).
  • A current WWCC (NSW) (or willingness to obtain one).
