Service Manager – Power Farming West Coast (Greymouth)

Workshop: Brand new, modern facility

Team: Lead a skilled crew of five technicians

Stability: Guaranteed 45 Hours per week

Power Farming Greymouth is looking for a motivated and experienced Service Manager to lead our workshop operations. Based in our state-of-the-art new facility, you'll be responsible for overseeing a team of five highly skilled technicians, coordinating day-to-day service activities, and ensuring top-level support for our valued agricultural clients.

The Role

As Service Manager, you'll be at the heart of our service department. Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Managing and mentoring a team of five technicians
  • Coordinating and scheduling service jobs
  • Ensuring high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction
  • Liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal departments

  • Driving efficiency, productivity, and safety in the workshop

  • About You

We're after someone who:

  • Has experience in a service/workshop management (agriculture, automotive, or heavy equipment preferred)
  • Understands agricultural machinery and the needs of rural customers
  • Has strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
  • Is hands-on, organised, and solutions-focused
  • Enjoys working with a close-knit team and making things happen
