Experienced Machine Operators Wanted

HRCheck is seeking skilled and motivated Machine Operators for immediate starts in full-time, ongoing roles with one of our key manufacturing clients.

These long-term temporary positions offer stability, competitive casual rates, and a genuine pathway to permanent employment for dedicated individuals. We have multiple vacancies available on DAY SHIFT.

About the Role

As a Machine Operator, you will join a dynamic production team, taking responsibility for the operation of automated machinery. This is a hands-on role where you will be instrumental in creating high-quality finished products.

On-the-job training will help you hit the ground running and excel in the role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate automated production machinery

  • Assist with machine changeovers, which includes installing and aligning tooling

  • Monitor machinery and conduct regular quality checks

  • Maintain a clean and organised work area

  • Adhere strictly to all workplace health, safety, quality, and environmental standards

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a machine operator (Manufacturing industry preferred)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and a genuine willingness to learn new technical skills.

  • Great attention to detail and quality control

  • A team player with a "can-do" attitude who thrives under pressure

  • Commitment to full-time hours (7AM-3PM)

  • Full Australian work rights required
