About the role

This Personal Assistant role sits at the Angliss Hospital providing support to the Director Operations Women and Children, Deputy Director Operations Women and Children Angliss, Blackburn and Yarra Ranges, Deputy Director Operations Allied Health / Director Social Work and Clinical Director Gynaecology.  This team is focused on leading the team working across the Women and children program to make a difference to families in the Eastern Suburbs everyday. 

About you 

To be successful in this role you will possess:

• Experience as a personal assistant in a health care setting undertaking diary management, agenda setting and minute taking, 
• A commitment to working within a team environment
• The ability to work as part of a diverse team
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to take initiative and prioritise workload of yourself and others 

Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in the Australian Immunisation handbook (based on ATAGI advice). Seasonal vaccination against influenza is a mandatory requirement of this role and an offer is conditional on this being up to date prior to employment.
