Plant Operators – Ongoing Civil Work | Full-Time | Kemps Creek

We're on the lookout for experienced and reliable plant operators to join a long-term pipeline of civil infrastructure work in and around Kemps Creek. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity – no more rain days, shutdown stress, or bouncing between projects. Just solid work, great people, and a business that invests in your future.

We're currently hiring for the following roles:

  • Excavator Operators (3T to 50T) – 2 with GPS experience a must

  • Grader Operator

  • Watercart Operator

  • Moxy Operators (x3 positions available)

About You:

  • Previous experience operating relevant plant (civil sites)

  • White Card relevant tickets

  • GPS experience highly regarded (especially for excavator roles)

  • Must be prepared to attend interview / Complete medical D &A
