About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead and shape our enterprise-wide AI transformation on the Microsoft Azure platform. You'll work closely with business leaders, data engineers, AI specialists, and change teams to identify opportunities, define requirements, and support the delivery of AI solutions that drive measurable business impact.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Discovery & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to map workflows, identify pain points, and pinpoint where AI and automation can create value.
  • Requirements Gathering: Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements, user stories, and solution specifications for Azure-based AI projects.
  • Solution Design Support: Work with AI/ML engineers to ensure designs align with business objectives and leverage the Azure AI stack effectively.
  • Implementation & Adoption: Support pilots, proofs-of-concept, and enterprise deployment of AI solutions, including stakeholder engagement and change management.
  • Governance & Compliance: Assist with data governance, AI ethics, and responsible AI practices in line with enterprise policies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Measure adoption, outcomes, and ROI of AI initiatives to inform future strategies.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst on enterprise-scale AI, ML, or digital transformation projects.
  • Strong skills in process mapping, business analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Azure AI & Data stack, including:
  • Azure Machine Learning (Azure ML)
  • Azure Cognitive Services & Azure OpenAI
  • Azure Databricks & Data Factory
  • Azure Synapse Analytics & Data Lake Storage
  • Power BI for reporting and insights
  • Experience bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Agile delivery experience, ideally in cross-functional squads.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence senior leaders.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to enterprise AI governance frameworks and responsible AI practices.
  • Hands-on understanding of SQL, Python, or data visualisation tools.
  • Experience in large-scale enterprise industries such as finance, telco, or retail.
