The Role

We have some exciting management opportunities upcoming in our Pacific Fair Boutique and we would love to hear from managers with both Assistant and Store Management experience who would love to join our Oroton Pacific Fair team As a manager with Oroton, you will be responsible for driving business results through continuous development of the store team, as well as optimised management of store image, product and operations This store is a premium Boutique location for Oroton in the heart of Pacific Fair – you will be responsible for cultivating a unique shopping experience for clients that showcases our beautiful product and rich brand history.

We are looking for applicants who are available to work full-time and commence in early 2026.

You'll excel in this role if you enjoy:

  • Coaching and motivating a passionate team to become true brand ambassadors, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Overseeing daily store operations with enthusiasm and precision — including recruitment, performance management, sales, customer experience, and rostering.
  • Partnering with the Visual Merchandising team to deliver eye-catching displays and campaigns that showcase our products and elevate the Oroton aesthetic.
  • Collaborating with Regional, State, and National Management to develop store-specific strategies that drive performance and growth.

  • A proven history of retail leadership, consistently achieving (and exceeding) sales targets and KPIs.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong background in clienteling — you know how to build relationships that last.
  • A proactive, upbeat attitude that thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
  • A keen eye for styling and a genuine love of luxury products.
  • Experience in recruitment, coaching, and performance development — you know how to identify great talent and help them shine.
