**About Us**
Salt & Smoke Meat Co. is a family-owned butcher shop with locations across the Gold Coast, known for high-quality, ethically sourced meats and excellent customer service. We’re expanding at Pacific Fair and are looking for a motivated **Apprentice Butcher** to join our team.

**The Role**
As an Apprentice Butcher, you’ll learn all aspects of the trade while working alongside our qualified butchers. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be trained in:

- Breaking down and preparing a variety of meats
- Knife skills, cutting, and portioning
- Sausage and smallgoods preparation
- Food safety and hygiene practices
- Stock rotation, storage, and shop presentation
- Customer service and sales techniques

- Passion for quality food and customer service
- Commitment to completing a formal Butchery Apprenticeship
