We are looking for an experience ERP Test Manager to take the reins of a large Oracle transformation program.  You will have responsibility for overall management, planning and scheduling of testing and releases to the production Oracle environments, ensuring those releases are successfully tested and deployed to the production environment in a controlled and systematic way.  

Key Skills 

  • Build long-term collaborative relationships with the client and act as trusted advisor on Oracle Testing activities
  • Establish appropriate local governance and feedback processes to ensure full transparency around client needs and risks. You will need to have a conceptual understanding of the risk management process.
  • Develop Test Management strategies and reporting mechanisms for all activities across the Oracle landscape.
  • Create and maintain daily the appropriate Oracle Testing registers and communicate on these registers daily.
  • Substantial program experience in test, release and deployment mechanisms in a complex Oracle environment.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable engaging with stakeholders of all levels
  • Proven ability working in a complex Oracle landscape
  • Insurance industry experience would be highly beneficial
