  • Drive analysis of business processes and systems, challenging current practices and identifying opportunities for innovation, automation, and efficiency across the firm

  • Translate requirements into clear functional / non‑functional specifications, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria

  • Communicate business problems and solution options confidently to executive stakeholders, supporting strategic discussions and decision‑making while ensuring alignment to scope and quality

  • Ensure delivery quality – contribute to user acceptance testing, training, and communications, and support production activities as needed

  • Work with the project manager to plan, monitor, and report on business analysis activities and deliverables

  • Mentor junior business analysts, providing guidance on methodologies and tools

  • Collaborate with Digital and Support Services teams to continuously improve delivery processes, tools, and templates

  • Demonstrated deep expertise with business and data analysis methodologies, techniques, tools and template, including process re-engineering, optimisation and automation

  • Demonstrated deep expertise and understanding of Agile, Waterfall and Scrum project methodologies
