Key Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions.
  • Ensure compliance with BAS, FBT, payroll reconciliation, ATO reporting, and superannuation.
  • Complete balance sheet reconciliations and intercompany transactions.
  • Handle weekly payroll preparation and manage BAS & GST reporting.
  • Assist with accounts payable functions and process credit card payments.
  • Support month-end close and generate profit & loss reports (including actual vs budget).
  • Liaise with external accountants for end-of-year accounts.
  • Maintain company registers, schedules, and compliance documentation.
  • Provide accurate and timely financial reports and insights.
  • Collaborate with Finance team members and contribute to continuous improvement.
About You
  • Tertiary qualifications in Accounting.
  • Experience in a similar role preferred (CA/CPA qualification desirable but not essential).
  • Proficiency in MYOB and advanced Excel (lookup/pivot).
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent numerical accuracy.
  • Able to work independently, with initiative and a results-driven mindset.
