About the Role

As the Administration & Reception Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and an essential support to the wider team. Your role will involve a blend of reception duties, general office support, and administrative responsibilities.

  • Reception and email management
  • General admin support and filing
  • Preparing meeting rooms
  • Office and kitchen upkeep
  • Managing office supplies
  • Basic Xero tasks (invoices, bills, expenses)
  • Monthly reconciliations and petty cash
  • Ad-hoc admin assistance

About You

  • Strong communication and a professional manner
  • Good organisational skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Confident with IT and willing to learn
  • Positive, friendly attitude
