About the Role
As the Administration & Reception Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and an essential support to the wider team. Your role will involve a blend of reception duties, general office support, and administrative responsibilities.
- Reception and email management
- General admin support and filing
- Preparing meeting rooms
- Office and kitchen upkeep
- Managing office supplies
- Basic Xero tasks (invoices, bills, expenses)
- Monthly reconciliations and petty cash
- Ad-hoc admin assistance
About You
- Strong communication and a professional manner
- Good organisational skills
- Customer service experience
- Confident with IT and willing to learn
- Positive, friendly attitude
