About the role

Bridgestone Ellenbrook is seeking a skilled and experienced Auto Mechanic to join our dynamic team in Ellenbrook, WA. As an Auto Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing a wide range of vehicles, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work in a well-established and reputable automotive service center.

What you'll be doing

  • Diagnosing and repairing various vehicle issues, including electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems
  • Performing scheduled maintenance, such as oil changes, brake inspections, and tyre rotations
  • Collaborating with the team to provide excellent customer service and timely solutions
  • Maintaining detailed records of all work performed and parts used
  • Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations within the workshop
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and industry best practices

What we're looking for

  • A recognized qualification in Automotive Mechanics or a related field
  • A valid Trade Certificate in automotive mechanics is essential for this position
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Auto Mechanic, preferably in a workshop environment
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Enthusiasm for the automotive industry and a commitment to continuous learning
  • Sponsorship available for highly experienced candidate in Australia. ( Overseas candidate - Please do not apply)
  • Sponsorship will be provided for the right candidate, eliminating the need for existing Australian work authorisation
