Your Role: Bring Joy, Purpose, and Connection

As our new Lifestyle Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our award-winning 'Better Together' model, helping to shape a community where residents feel valued, engaged, and inspired every day. You'll:

  • Spark smiles by encouraging residents to join in a variety of meaningful activities
  • Deliver programs that make every day special
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and volunteers
  • Help design and deliver creative, person-centred care plans
  • Always look for new ways to make life brighter for our residents

About You:

You're bold, warm, and honest—ready to bring energy and empathy to everything you do. You'll also have:

  • A Certificate in Lifestyle and Leisure (advantageous but not required)
  • Experience in Aged Care, Community Living, or Health Services
  • A creative, "think outside the box" approach to activities
  • Experience with Dementia or Alzheimer's (highly regarded)
  • Willingness to obtain an NDIS Clearance Check and be fully vaccinated for 2025 Influenza and COVID-19 (2 doses)
