Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable Domestic Assistants to join our growing team. You will play a key role in supporting elderly clients in their homes by delivering essential in-home cleaning and domestic services, social support and shopping. This role involves travel to client homes across NSW and working closely with a clients to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and respectfully.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general household support including cleaning, tidying, laundry, and organising in line with client preferences
  • Travel to various client homes within New South Wales
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and service delivery
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients to meet their individual needs
  • Handle all interactions with discretion, empathy, and professionalism
  • Work collaboratively in pairs to ensure effective task completion

Requirements
  • Willingness to travel to multiple locations within New South Wales
  • A current and clear NSW criminal record check (mandatory)
  • Previous experience in domestic assistance or cleaning (preferred, not essential)
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
  • Availability during school hours is highly desirable
  • A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle is essential
