About The Role

Vickery are seeking motivated individuals to join our team of field-based maintenance technicians. We have an ultra-class fleet of mining equipment including CAT and Hitachi machinery. Join a supportive environment with ample growth opportunities

What You'll Do

  • Conduct required repairs and maintenance on a range of mobile equipment
  • Demonstrate visible safe working practices, manage risk and report hazards
  • Work with minimal supervision & carry out assigned work orders
  • Perform breakdown activities in a safe and proficient manner
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative organisational culture

What You'll Bring

  • Be self-motivated & enjoy working in a team environment with a high focus on Safety
  • Experience in mining or heavy industry maintaining mobile equipment such as CAT & Hitachi (Rotary blast hole Drill exp. advantageous)
  • Relevant Trade qualification including NSW Certificate of Proficiency (post trade hydraulics ticket advantageous)
  • Confident in using Microsoft packages
  • High risk work licenses such as EWP, Working at heights, Forklift, Crane & dogman (desirable)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
