About the Role

You'll be part of a dedicated and dynamic team, ensuring every guest has an amazing experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering warm, friendly, and efficient service
  • Maintaining high standards of restaurant setup and cleanliness
  • Demonstrating strong knowledge of the Mejico food and drinks menu
  • Anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations
  • Staying cool under pressure in a high-volume environment
  • Bringing positive energy to every shift and working well as part of a team

About You

  • You have at least 1 year of experience in a busy hospitality environment (restaurant experience preferred)
  • You're a people person with strong communication skills
  • You love creating great experiences for guests and know how to read the room
  • You're confident, fast, and reliable under pressure
  • You're proactive, team-oriented, and ready to learn
  • You're well-presented, punctual, and enthusiastic
  • Availability on Friday and Saturday nights is a must
