Job Title: Installations Leader

Reporting to:Operations Manager

Department: Operations

Location: Fairfield NSW

About the Role: We're looking for an experienced Installation Leader to head our team in delivering home and office furniture fittings across Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resource Management: Manage budgets, staff, and facilities; assign daily tasks based on team skills.
  • Compliance and Safety:Ensure all installations meet safety and regulatory standards.
  • Performance Monitoring:Track performance and use data to improve processes.
  • Innovation and Improvement: Promote new ideas and service improvements.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, support, and develop a strong team culture.
  • Crisis Management: Handle emergencies effectively.
  • Sustainability Practices: Use eco-friendly methods in installations.
  • Communication: Keep stakeholders informed; escalate major issues to the Manager.
  • Budgets: Work within the state budget.
  • Vehicle Management: Maintain vehicles and arrange rentals when needed.

Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:

  • Certifications: Trade Certification preferred.
  • People Management: Lead, motivate, and train team members; ensure clear communication.
  • Regulations:Knowledge of state and federal safety and compliance rules.
  • Customer Service:Provide excellent service in writing, over the phone, and in person.
  • Communication: Adapt style for different audiences.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain high accuracy and clear writing.
  • Teamwork: Support colleagues when needed.
  • Time Management: Complete tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.

Must-Have:

  • Current valid Drivers license.
  • White Card license.
